Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will grant you full authority over your electronic mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can set up a new e-mail box account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Also, you can forward e-mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, create email filters, set up autoresponders and defend your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your email accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Simply specify the email box you wish to redirect e-mails from, then select the target e-mail box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box account will be set up in a minute.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will take care of the rest.
